CIRD President Chi Fulin Attended 2010 Haikou Golf and Tourism Forum

  On 18th March, CIRD president Chi Fulin attended the 2010 Haikou Golf and Tourism Forum and gave a keynote speech. He believed it is an important decision that fits the practical situation of Hainan province when the government is to build Hainan into an international tourism island and to fully develop tourism and leisure industry, as represented by golf and yacht. He suggested to conduct research and to formulate Hainan golf development plan as soon as possible, to set clear mid-, and long-term goals for golf development, to carry out reasonable planning for regional distribution of golf courses, and to set out environmental benchmarks for golf course construction, so as to build Hainan into a national model zone of green golf development.
