  On 13 May 2010, , CIRD Executive Vice President Prof. Yin Zhongyi meet with Norwegian Embassador Mr. Svein O. Saether in Beijing. They exchanged views on the theme and topics of Sino-Norwegian Social Policy Forum, which is to be co-organized by CIRD and NIBR, as well as a cooperative research project jointly applied by the NIBR and CIRD.
