Prof. Chi Fulin attended the 10th Reform Forum in Guangzhou

On 28 December 2011, the 10^th Reform Forum and the annual meeting of Guangdong Society of Economic Reform kicked off in Guangzhou. Prof. Gao Shangquan, honorary chairman of China Society of Economic Reform, Prof. Chi Fulin, CIRD president were invited to give speeches at the forum. The forum was organized by China Society of Economic Reform and Guangdong Society of Economic Reform. About 120 participants attended the forum.
