On 21 December 2011, Mr. Il Houng Lee, Senior Resident Representative of IMF China, accompanied by Prof. Zhang Zhixiang, former executive director of IMF and former director-general of the department of international affairs of the People’s Bank of China, and Mr. Zhong Wenfeng, vice president of Hainan Institute of Asia and Pacific Observer, visited China Institute for Reform and Development.
Mr. Luo Yife, vice president of CIRD had a meeting with the guests. He introduced the positioning, major tasks and research outputs of CIRD. Mr. Il Houng Lee exchanged ideas on China’s economic prospects and financial stability.
Ms. He Dongni, deputy director of CIRD Center for Emerging Economies, Mr. Mei Donghai, assistant researcher of CIRD Center of Economics, Mr. Xue Zhenwei, deputy director of Non-traditional Research Center of Hainan Institute of Asia and Pacific Observer, and Mr. Liu Weiquan, PhD candidate of Renmin University also attended the meeting.
